Order Confirmation

YOU'LL RECEIVE TWO EMAILS AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AND PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS:

  1. The first email will arrive within approximately 24 hours and confirms that your order was received.

  2. The second email confirms that your order was shipped. You can also check the current order status online or by contacting the store using the phone number or email address above (in the "Check Order Status" section).

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your AANP Store orders by clicking on "Sign In" at the top of any page and signing in to your account. If an order is outstanding, you'll see its details. If you have more than one outstanding order, go to your Order History page, where you'll see orders from the lifetime of your account. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.

On the Order Details page, you'll see a list of the items you ordered, as well as the shipping address, shipping method, payment details and any return or exchange information. In the Shipment Summary, you'll see the current order status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service for each package.

Occasionally, the AANP Store may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, you will receive tracking information for each shipment and a list of the items you can expect in each shipment.

Change in Your Order Status

The AANP Store may occassionally run out of items that are in high demand. If an item you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified immediately by email.

Sometimes, an item is permanently out of stock, and your order will be canceled. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, you won't be charged for the item or any related taxes or shipping and handling charges.

REGISTRATION QA

When you register and create your account with the AANP Store, we'll remember your information so the checkout process is a breeze. You'll be able to store all your addresses and check your order history, too. Note: AANP members receive special pricing. The online store and aanp.org use your same sign in credentials.

Here are some frequently asked questions:

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT REGISTERING?

Yes, you can. You can also check your order status by contacting a customer service agent (via phone or email) without registering. However, registering will give you access to more information about your order and make future visits to the website more efficient. AANP members receive special pricing. Be sure to sign in with the same credentials you use for aanp.org.

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY INFORMATION AFTER I REGISTER?

Personal information related to you and your order history is only available to you after logging in to your store account. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time from the Your Account page. Read the privacy policy.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

No problem — request a hint. If you still can't remember, you can reset your password and receive a new one via email. AANP Store staff cannot give out passwords over the phone, and they can only be emailed to the address used to register. If you have trouble signing in please email membership@aanp.org or call the AANP Member Care Center at (512) 505-0242.

WHEN I ENTER MY NAME DURING REGISTRATION, IS IT SECURE?

The AANP Store uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded — only the AANP Store has access. Learn more about SSL.

AFTER I REGISTER, WILL I RECEIVE AANP Store MAIL OR EMAIL PROMOTIONS?

Yes. When you register or place an order with the AANP Store, you're automatically added to the mailing list. If you'd like to be removed, just let us know.

T-SHIRT SIZING

The AANP Store carries a variety of T-shirt types. The regular cotton T-shirts are larger, standard sizes. The fitted ones run quite small, so you may want to order at least one size larger than usual. Each product page includes a size chart for more information.

The AANP Store ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING CREDIT CARDS:

For security purposes, please do not send cash or request CODs. In addition, please do not include your credit card number on any email communication.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping and handling fees, for orders shipped to: Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

For purchases made in Canada, the AANP Store collects duty and GST, where applicable.

CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD

Upon receiving your order, the AANP Store places a pre-authorization hold on funds in your account. The charge on your credit card will not be finalized until the date your merchandise is shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Neither AANP nor the AANP Store is not responsible for typographical errors made by the customer.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different ones), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

SECURE ORDERING

The AANP Store uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to secure your online order information. To check the security of your connection, look in the lower left-hand corner of your browser window for an "unbroken key" icon or a "closed padlock" icon (depending on your browser). If you see one of these icons, SSL is active. To double-check for security, verify that the site address in your browser window has changed from "http" to "https" in the address or URL line.

Some browser versions and some firewalls do not permit connections with secure servers. If you experience this problem, please call the AANP Store at 800-507-7007.

ORDER VERIFICATION

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Neither AANP nor the AANP Store is responsible for typographical errors made by the customer.

SHIPPING and HANDLING

Most purchases are shipped by UPS or USPS from Maryland within five business days from receipt of the order. Please note that the AANP Store can only ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS. We cannot ship Express Delivery to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Please call AANP Store Customer Service at 800-507-7007 for shipping rates outside of the contiguous 48 states, or check your shipping inside the shopping cart during checkout.

FOR SHIPPING TO U.S. MILITARY BASES

Please contact the AANP Store via email or telephone to place your order. This order will ship via USPS, unless otherwise requested.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES (Five to Seven BUSINESS DAYS)

Ground shipping via UPS or USPS can be calculated via a real-time shipping estimator prior to check out in the cart.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

The AANP Store can expedite orders for an additional charge. Please call 800-507-7007.

Express shipping via UPS or USPS can be calculated via a real-time shipping estimator prior to check out in the cart.

For express delivery, orders must be received Monday through Friday by 11 am ET.

The AANP Store does not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. Boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, the standard is First Class mail through the USPS.

SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you've registered with the AANP Store, you can select an address from your account. Just sign into your account before proceeding to checkout.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

ONLINE PURCHASES

To return item(s), fill out the return form that was sent with your order. For your convenience, you can print out a return/exchange form here, if you cannot locate it. For returns, only the return portion of the form needs to be completed. Items can be returned/exchanged unwashed, unworn and undamaged, with tags still attached, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the packing slip invoice, is required to return the item(s). If you cannot find your packing slip invoice, call the AANP Store at 800-507-7007. Credits and charges will be issued in the same manner as the original transaction. Please allow seven to 14 business days for your returns and exchanges to be processed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for returned items and exchanges, as well as initial shipping fees, are not refundable. Shipping charges are refunded only if:

  • The carrier loses the package.

  • An item was shipped damaged or defective.

  • An item was damaged during shipping.

  • The AANP Store ships an incorrect item.

If the return is a result of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping. Call 800-507-7007 and a UPS call tag can either be emailed or mailed to your address, or the AANP Store can send UPS directly to your address to pick up the items. For your convenience, the cost of shipping returns will be deducted from your refund amount.

EXCHANGES

Items can be exchanged unwashed, unworn and undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Exchanges are subject to the AANP Store's regular shipping and handling fees. If you are exchanging your purchase for something else, the store will apply your credit toward the new item(s) at their current price. Fill out the return and exchange section of the return form that was sent with your order.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Special order items, such as custom made to order T-shirts or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers defect or misprint.

COUPON CODES

If you used a coupon code to make your purchase, the store will exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. If you are exchanging your purchase for something else, the store will apply your credit toward the new item at the current price. A previously used coupon code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The AANP Store can ship to dozens of countries around the globe. If you do not see your country as a ship to option during checkout, please let the store know by contacting the store's customer service representatives.

Customers will be responsible for paying all duties, customs charges and/or fees over and above the actual shipping cost of the item.

Add a personal message to the packing slip at no extra charge, and include a gift receipt, too (prices will not be included).

Gift cards and promotional codes can be applied to an order via the submission box found below the product list in your shopping cart page during checkout. You are also able to check gift card balances in the same area, or always feel free to call the AANP Store. Please note that there is a limit of one promotional code per order. While gift cards should apply to all portions of your order, please note that unless specifically stated in the promotion, promotional discounts apply to the true merchandise total value only and are not applied to shipping and handling fees or taxes.
